What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop a Winning Team

Build, train, and inspire a strong team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew. Create a positive, high-energy culture where people feel valued and motivated. Coach, recognize, and develop team members for growth and advancement. Identify future leaders and help them take the next step in their careers.

Own the Operations

Oversee all day-to-day operations including scheduling, inventory, food safety, and facility upkeep. Ensure smooth, efficient shifts that deliver speed, accuracy, and quality. Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.

Drive Results & Profitability

Take full ownership of your restaurant’s P&L and performance goals. Manage labor, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability. Use data and insights to make smart, business-driven decisions. Drive sales through strong execution, leadership, and local marketing.

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

Set the tone for hospitality with fast, friendly, and accurate service. Resolve guest concerns and turn feedback into action. Build strong connections with your community and create loyal guests.

Support Compliance & Standards

Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and labor guidelines are followed. Lead by example in maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Business mindset with experience managing costs and driving results.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic office software.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and focused on continuous improvement.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, in-person role.
  • 50–55 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements
